Check-in: 15:00pm / Check-out: 11:00am (Please advise for your check out time a day in advance)

Villa key and remote control: Please use the key to lock and unlock the main entrance of your villa. The remote control will open and close the parking gate. Please always close the gate by pressing the button - it does not close automatically! At check out, always, leave the key and remote control on the table inside the villa.

WiFi password: M@rdanza! (you need to add the wifi once for interiors and once for exterior areas)

Breakfast: 8:00-10:00 served at your veranda. Orders accepted up to 7pm the previous day.

E - Reception: On whatsapp +306980778808 available from 8am to 3pm and 6pm  to 9pm. Please use texting only (no voice calls)

Pharmacy: Google Maps CCJF+XM Imerovigli

Housekeeping service: Daily until 15:00pm - last call at 14.00pm

Water, Coffee and Tea: We do not drink the tap water. We welcome you with a bottle of water, but we do not refill it throughout your stay. We do refill coffee pods, tea and sugar!

Toilet use: We do not flush anything in the toilet. We use the small bin that is in the bathroom for disposables.

Smoking policy: All our rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed in the property

Iron and ironing board: Available in every villa and suite

Sheets and towels: We are committed to environmental protection. Kindly assist us by placing the card on your bed if you require fresh linens. To replace your towels please place them i the designated baskets within the bathrooms. Please do not use duvets and blankets outdoors!

PoolTowels: We offer you pool towels to use by our pools. We kindly ask you to return the towels to your room before departure. Should you wish to acquire a brand new beach towel with our logo, please contact the reception (Price: 40€)

Pools: Pools are heated 24hr/7, with a set temperature of 29degrees. It is not possible to increase this temperature. Water temperature however, is not stable and is based on factors such as wind, air temperature, sun, etc. 

Air conditioning: You can regulate the air conditioning from the side panel of the unit in each room. To protect our fragile environment we kindly ask you to keep the windows closed, when the AC is in use and to turn off the AC when you leave the room. Best temperature to set is 22 to 24 degrees.

How to use the safe: 

Press the red button found on the inner side of the door.

Dial a 4 digit code and press A

Dial the same 4 digit code again and press A. 

Turn the lock. Close the safe door. Lock

To unlock use the 4-digit code and press A. Turn the lock.

Open the door.

At check out please leave the door OPEN
